Chess Set Project Making the Knight

Turning a chess set: Making the Knight. In this video I make the knight but not in the same way that I first envisioned it. After turning the base in the lathe I use the band saw and various sanding methods to achieve the shape I want. This is a much faster method than trying to carve out each individual piece and produces very satisfactory results.
