Pope Francis arrives in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates, on Sunday, February 3, for the first visit ever by a pope to the Arabian Peninsula.

The pope, who has visited other Muslim-majority nations, including Egypt and Turkey, is expected to celebrate a Mass at a public venue and to take part in a inter-faith meeting.
