Sonic Advance 2: Part 5: Sky Canyon (Sonic, All Special Rings)

It looks like this Zone takes place back on Angel Island, seeing that it takes place on a huge floating island in the sky.

Getting the Special Rings here is starting to get a bit more tedious, especially if you're a character like Sonic who can't climb or fly.

When you play this Zone up to its boss for the first time with Sonic, you will instead fight Knuckles, piloting Eggman's Egg Saucer!

The Egg Saucer has a laser that can be destroyed. It's giant hand, however, cannot, and it has a really cheap shot where it can instantly kill you with its slap even if you had Rings. You should destroy the laser first, then go after Knuckles carefully while avoiding the hand.

After this fight, you'll only see Eggman using this thing again, and this already applies to any other character.

Somehow or another... Knuckles got tricked by Eggman for what looks like the THIRD time he had sent him to attack Sonic. Knuckles tried to brush this off as an accident, but Sonic got rightfully angry at him.

Afterwards, he just let Knuckles go while he continued tracking down Eggman. Knuckles, feeling salty about his own gullibility, decided that he wanted to chase down Eggman, too, and get him back for tricking him again.

From this point on, you'll be able to play as Knuckles. He is technically the last main character of this game's story, because although Amy is also playable, she has nothing to do with the plot and requires a much harder task to be unlocked... which is to beat the game with all 7 Chaos Emeralds with the first four characters.
