I have never done anything like this before, and I LOVED it!! I want up against a 5 star bakery in a cake off competition (that they didn't know about lol!)! You guys voted for me to bake a summer or spring themed cake, and that's what I did! I baked a vanilla lemon cake with a wild blueberry cheesecake filling and decorated it using paint techniques on a cake. The style I did was a buttercream spatula cake. Then I ordered a cake from a five star bakery to compare the difference. How can two cakes look SOOOO different?
