22 Pushup Veteran Suicide Awareness Day 7

22 U.S. Military Veterans commit suicide every day. That is more deaths than active military in combat or in theatre. This is an awful statistic!

I do this with hopes that some Veteran out there will know that we love you. Your previous service is highly valued and goes without measure. Your current work is also invaluable as you give special insight to all without the experiences. Please always speak to others for help. We are here... Also, pray to your loving Heavenly Father for strength, courage, and understanding. You are part of His great Plan of Salvation.

Then as you regain the strength to go on...help another Veteran.
