DC2 Track Battle vs 300bhp E36! (then I get to drive it!)

I really fell for that E36. Full trackday VLOG will be up soon but I wanted to post this first!

The E36 spec is pretty insane. It also had manual brakes which were a first for me! Good fun though, the car is properly epic.

Engine spec:
M50 iron block bottom end
M54 internals
M52 head
Sunbelt Cams (from US)
Jenvey Throttle Bodies
290/300bhp with 270ft lbs

Other bits worth noting:
Porsche 996 Brembos up front
M3 Evo rear trailing arms/brakes
HSD coilovers
Federal RSR tyres (255R, 235F)
Kaaz 2 way LSD (3.64 ratio - top speed 145mph)

I'd say the E36 would be slightly faster over the lap, the way it could shove itself out of corners was insane! I had a ton of fun battling with it though, despite having a few issues with my brakes as you can see.

Also the pedal cam memory card corrupted. Pretty gutted about that especially when Mr E36 did such a good job compiling his footage! I'll have to look into a setup like that in the future.
