Prof. Mookerjee has spent well over 20 years in academics and research at premier institutions in India, as a Professor, a Program Chair, Dean and also the Placement Coordinator. He has served on the board of governance and board of studies of several institutions and also an incubator, and consulting experience runs across diverse service, technology, manufacturing and consulting companies, the cooperative sector and the development sector. His research spans large scale surveys like a half-million household socio-economic survey in 2011-12, and publications in journals. Also worked briefly in media, and in a loyalty services firm; specializes in CRM and customer experience.
