Star Wars is amazing. ALL Star Wars is amazing. But...Rise of Skywalker is less amazing than the rest. Even though it hits the same story beats as Return of the Jedi and pays *ahem* "homage to the 1983 film, RoS is among the worst of the Star Wars canon. I think that you can pin this down to one very similar scene in each film, that shows why one film is a masterpiece, and the other is Rise of Skywalker.
