RAW: Bystander films man jumping from fuel tanker as it explodes into flames

A fuel tanker burst into flames on Interstate 25 in Colorado. The fire closed the highway between Orchard Road and Belleview Avenue in both directions on Wednesday, May 31, 2017. This video shows the truck before it catches fire, you can see a man jumping from the truck.
