CHINESE SCAMMER "REFUNDED" ME!! (In the most SCAMMY way Possible)

The Chinese scammer, Han Tony, "refunded" me a couple nights ago, but only on his conditions. hahaha. He demanded he can't wire the funds back to me and that only paypal or a chinese bank works for him. the scam continues, as I believe this is still part of his scam script. Why else would he go through paypal, paying with his credit card? The exact thing he WOULDN'T let me do when I was paying him.
