Why I’ve Never Tried Alcohol (or smoking, hookah...etc)

“You’ve never tried alcohol?! Aren’t you curious to know what it tastes like? How can you have fun without alcohol? But alcohol helps you be yourself!” These are some of the most repetitive questions and arguments that I get when I tell someone that I‘be never tried alcohol... and now I’m making a video about it because I’m low key kind of getting tired of repeating myself

I am NOT shaming anyone in this video nor am I judging anyone for consuming alcohol (or smoking, hookah...etc) and I am not preaching or encouraging people to do anything — this is just to explain MY OWN perspective of how I approach things and substances like alcohol, smoking, hookah...etc because I’ve noticed that there’s usually a stigma about people that don’t drink in that they’re viewed as boring or judgmental people.

At the end of the day people need to keep in mind that judging someone is a two way street; you can be judged for something you choose to do and for something you choose NOT to do.

This video about opening ones mind to learning to hear out and respect other people’s perspectives which is why I found it important for me to include my two good friends, Jesus and Skippy, since each has their own experience with alcohol. Jesus socially drinks with people, Skippy used to drink and quit entirely and I have never tried it - I wanted to approach the video this way so that people can view three different perspectives about this topic and learn how to respect one another when having a conversation about controversial or touchy topics in general.

I hope you guys enjoy! This was a little different than what I usually post because I’m still in the process of trying different things out with this social media stuff - no specific style... I have to spice it up once in a while so you don’t get bored of me :)
