Learn how to make a giant cupcake made entirely out of balloons! This balloon decoration is great for birthday parties, candyland themed birthdays and more. If you are a beginner at balloon decor I suggest you watch and attempt some of the other how to videos in my playlist before doing this one. If you follow along even as a beginner Im sure you can do it but it will probably test your patience. Balloon sizes for the decor piece below :

Bottom layer of cupcake : 11 balloons sized at 5"and 3.5"
11 balloons sized at 6"and 3"

2nd layer 11 sized at 8"and 4.5"
11 sized at 7"and 5"

3rd layer 11 sized at 8"and 4.5"( diff colors)
11 sized at 7.5"and5"
( Change color for top of cupcake)

4th layer 11 sized at 6"and 3"
11 s.ized at 5"and 3.5"

All above balloons should be made into duplets then attached according to the video.
