SHERCO SE250 Top End Replacement After 200 Hours!

Because you asked me to record video when i do piston change on my Sherco SE250 Factory i did it only for you guys ! This isn't HOW TO DO video, some stuff what i did i didn't record like checking old Rings Gap in cylinder also i checked new Rings Gap and everything is perfect. I used same thickness of cylinder gasket so i didn't need to worry about Squish Clearance (piston - head).

Also i know a lot of you will say bike is dirty, but trust me i cleaned two times this bike before opening engine, but i use just water i don't use chemicals for cleaning. So colors of dirty left on some parts and not real dirt.

I did piston change at 200hours, in the book it says you need do it at 40hrs and 80hrs if you are hobby rider. So its about you when you want to change it, but make sure if you overheated your bike to check piston because heat is causing most wear and damage !
