I was taking Zinc Pills for a few months at the beginning of the year and I also noticed hair growth, but I stopped taking them due to an acne treatment I was on, simply bc I wasn't up for drinking so many pills daily 😅 But do try out taking some extra vitamins such as Zinc Pills and you will notice hair growth 🤗
