MGSV: Mission 45: A Quiet Exit - Extract 7 tanks and 7 armored vehicles

I hated this mission task. Intensely. I figured how hard can it be, I had already S-ranked it, so I was going to stealth camo the sh*t out of it. No go there, no sir. Camo is almost useless, and all the tips about calling in a sandstorm, using NVG and Noctocyanin and everything else just... failed. Simple as that.

So, reading up a bit more on it, it seemed that the safest bet was to use the parasite suit with armor parasites. Basically, it's straightforward enough like this:

– Equip a grenade launcher as primary 1 (for soldiers)
– Equip a CGM 25 as primary 2 (for the gunship)
– Equip the parasite suit and armor parasites

Now, when you skipped/watched the scene with Quiet at the beginning, pick up the CGM25 from the ground, and just start sprinting towards the right (incidentally, every time Kaz tells you over the radio "from the left" or "from the right", it's always in reference to as viewed from Lamar Khaate Palace).

I do actually place an EMN mine on the road, but I don't think you need to do that really, just sprint up to the armored vehicle and fulton it. Generally, once you're next to a vehicle, that vehicle/tank can't fire upon you. Also, if it's moving, just hug it and run crouched alongside it until it stops and then fulton it.

If needed, refill the parasite armor if it is depleted from taking hits, but try to run diagonally to your objective vehicle/tank to minimize their damage. I have the fully upgraded parasite armor, but if you try to pick up the supply drops you should be good to go. Use the grenade launcher to get rid of the soldiers running around after fultoning a wave of vehicles/tanks. Concentrate on getting rid of the vehicles and tanks, with the parasite armor you shouldn't really be bothered by the small arms fire.

The CGM 25 is used to take care of the gunship, and you can even just fire at the chopper and it should go down pretty fast. Otherwise wait until it is in range to get a missile lock.

If all goes well, this tactic should make it pretty much a walk in the park.
