Cheap, Fast, Reliable Bedrock Breaker Using Redstone Lag (Improved Video)

As mentioned in the video, I don't claim to have discovered this method, but I am rather trying to make it more reliable, vanilla friendly, and accessible to the general Minecraft community.

Tested working in 1.16.1, 1.17.1 and 1.18.2. Probably works in older versions as well.
