Evolution of the Disney Princess - Evynne Hollens

I am grateful to those who reached out to share their thoughts about the cultural appropriation present in the stories of many of these Disney Princesses. I realize I am someone who grew up steeped in these culturally appropriative stories. Even though my intent would never be to disrespect any culture, I see how I can allow my voice to contribute to racism or to anti-racism. I do not want to erase the work people have done to educate me on this issue, but I do want my voice to contribute to anti-racism. In that interest, the proceeds from this video will now go to support Black Lives Matter [Global], The Bail Project, CURB Prison Spending, The Loveland Foundation, The Okra Project, and The Southern Poverty Law Center.
