Hello everyone! Thanks for tuning in. Today I am going to show you the results of my recent experimenting with Pearl Cell recipes. It was really interesting to play around with what works and I’m glad to share my findings with you....I think you will be excited too. Whether you are having a hard time finding DecoArt Satin Enamels or Artist Loft White...hopefully you will find these recipes helpful! Materials I used in this demonstration:
Multiple test canvases...Artist Loft Value Canvases.
Artist Loft Flow: White
Golden Fluids: Iridescent Gold, Interference Gold, Prussian Blue
Amsterdam: Sky Blue Light
Liquitex Gloss Medium
DecoArt Satin Enamels: Pure White, Smoke Grey
Golden GAC 800
Flood Floetrol (US)

Round 1 (off camera):
Base Paint:
3 parts Flood Floetrol
2 parts Artist Loft Flow White
1 part Golden GAC 800
1/2 part Liquitex Gloss Medium
1/2 part Satin Enamel Pure White (or Pittsburg Satin House Paint or Behr Satin Enamels)
Water to thin- (approximately 2 parts)

Round 2:
Base Paint:
3 parts Flood Floetrol
2 parts Artist Loft Flow White
1 part Golden GAC 800
1/2 part Liquitex Gloss Medium
3/4 part Pittsburg Satin House Paint or Behr Satin Enamels
Water to thin- (approximately 2 parts)

Round 3:
Base Paint:
3 parts Flood Floetrol
2 parts Artist Loft Flow White
1 part Golden GAC 800
1/2 part Liquitex Gloss Medium
2 parts Pittsburg Satin House Paint or Behr Satin Enamels
Water to thin- (approximately 2 parts)

Other Paints:
1/2 part paint
3 parts PM
(PM= 50% Floetrol 50% Golden GAC 800)

No silicone used for cells. It was all the layering of the paints that made those cool effects.
