Close call with Highway Patrol

A few months back... An average day up to that point, I was heading home from college when I almost collided with a California Highway Patrol car. Scary shit.
We both were within our legal rights though we bought could've done things differently to avoid it. It's a learning experience for sure and I've learned a lot from it.

Cop was pretty chill, I think he was as worried about the near-hit as I was... He probably could've found something wrong with the bike (missing reflectors, etc.) just to screw with me and "teach me a lesson" but he didn't, he probably had better things to do with his time. Either way, all is well when it ends well.
