My opinion: Selling fruits if You don't want to spend counting / waiting / preordering each part of the elixir or oil at min price etc. Also You need alchemy tools and set up. But I personally like alchemy, so I don't mind all of this, makes me feel smart if I find something really profitable because of an event or such.
