Sam Thompson has thought for a while that he might have ADHD, and in his new E4 doc, he discovers a diagnosis that he wasn’t quite expecting. “I went in with none, came out with three.” We sat down with him to interview… himself as he takes a deep dive into the world of neurodiversity and reveals how it impacts his day-to-day life.

Sam hopes that opening up about his own experience of ADHD, Autism and Tic Syndrome, and the diagnosis process, will encourage others to speak to someone if they’re struggling.
