Solved!! Vw Passat b5 tdi 1998 - break pedal monitoring problem!! Help!!

Hey guys , while I was driving my glow plug light started to flashing and after couple minute it stopped and it continues time to time, I checked in Vag Com that it gives me code number 00741 - break pedal monitoring. And I checked also Measuring blocks, group number 06, and I saw that numbers should be 000 but when I don't push break its 001 after I push break it becomes 011. What do you think about it ? I don't have any problem with stop lights , they work perfectly. And break pedal sensor I changed just recently. Please help !!!

Solution ! : Dear friends, first of all we changed break pedal sensor ( stop machine ). but the problem was still continuing later understood that the wire connection in the ECU box was bad and thats why it was giving error. we connected wires better and its gone !
