How to start a WJ Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.7 V8 for the first time. Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler

This day I am starting my WJ Jeep 4.7 V8 for the first time after rebuilding the Power Tech / Magnum engine. Before starting a new engine there is a few things you need to do before you can say all is good. Very important is priming the engine with non friction modified running in oil.
