Upright Freezer: Bad Defrost Heater-Detailed

In this video I replace a defrost heater and defrost thermostat in an upright Frigidaire Freezer. In the following video I will be replacing the condenser fan motor on this same unit so keep your eyes out for that video as well. I try to really explain the defrost cycle and how it works. I also explain how you can troubleshoot your defrost system on your own refrigerator or freezer. I hope this video helps someone out. Thanks for watching.
