2 Man Crown of Sorrow Full Raid - 1 Phase Every Boss [Hunter & Warlock] | Destiny 2

This is a demonstration of the full Crown of Sorrow raid completed with only two guardians, keeping the SAME two characters the entire way through for continuity (Hunter and Warlock).

I'd like to start off with some shoutouts and credits.

Gigz and Vendetta: For destroying this raid, 2 man, early on.

Granger: Coming up with the Chaos Reach strat for the Deception boss.

Chevy: For always being my 2 man partner.

Frank: Coming up with the DPS strat for the Deception boss.

-- Brief Strategy Breakdown --

Opening Crystal Room:

Nothing really to say here. We just did the encounter normally. Chevy kept placing down Wells and I tethered. We swapped the buff whenever needed.

Jumping Puzzle:

Self-explanatory.

The Deception (Phase 1):

The encounter must start with the Blessing buff circle on my side (the Hunter). We both clear our sides solo, as normal. When the third Ogre spawns, Chevy jumps up and strategically beams his Chaos Reach through the wall to kill the Ogre. This is done by approaching the wall at roughly a 45 degree angle, then turning to the right and hitting the Ogre. The rest of the enemies are then cleared after my Blessing is cleared and grabbed again.

For DPS phase, it's primarily done by me, the Hunter. Chevy swaps to grab the Blessing buff right before DPS. Chevy then keeps Anarchy shots placed on the boss, which applies the "Blessing debuff" constantly. He keeps his distance from the boss, as this allows him to keep the Blessing buff every time I break his shield. My setup is a top-tree Arcstrider, Mountain Top, One-Two Punch Shotgun, Tractor Cannon, and Liar's Handshake. Every time I break his shield, I make sure that I grab Combination Blow x3 by punching and dodging accordingly. After the shield is broken and boss is stunned, I apply Tractor Cannon, one shotgun shot, then TWO One-Two Punch melees, shotgun plus two melees, shotgun plus two melees for the final time. I re-proc Combination Blow x3, rinse and repeat, while Chevy keeps Anarchy on the boss. On the fourth and final break, Chevy stays close, loses his buff and helps with DPS to finish him.

Gahlran:

I'm not going to go into full detail here, as we've done many different character variations of the 2 Man Gahlran already. This method is very similar to the double Warlock strat; we use the same add clearly methods using a Well in the middle of the room and chasing down crystals. For DPS, I carry with Swarm of the Raven while Chevy buffs me with Tractor Cannon and shoots Mountain Top. We both make sure we have the Blessing buff, so we can both grab Striking Hand each hands phase. At the very hand, I quickdraw a final Nighthawk Golden Gun to slay the fat beast.

Boom! One phase of each boss.

Chevy and I have been talking about this run for a while now, we've just been super busy with Solo Heroic Menagerie attempts among other things. The last things to do are Flawless 2 Man Crown of Sorrow and 2 Man Gahlran on 2 Hunters. I challenge a duo to try either!
