Dollar Thrifty / Budget car rental Calgary International Airport

Originally our reservation was with Budget car rental, employee shows up late to work and upon checking for our reservation she says they don't have the rental we reserved and directed us to Dollar Thrifty right next to Budget to help us get a rental.

Dollar Thrifty car rental employee attempts to scam us on signing a piece of paper stating dents and scratches on a rental without having us (the customer) inspecting the vehicle first and agreeing on the stated dents and scratches and sign. He wouldn't show us where the rental is or direct us to someone who would show us the vehicle first.

He has been giving us negative attitude and doesn't want to help us but instead he would rather have us sign the paper with dents and scratches he has stated and we have not seen so he could attempt to charge us more for any other damages to the car we have not caused or inspected prior. He then suddenly tries to grab the paper out of my hands and says he doesn't want to give us a rental.

I did a little research on Dollar Thrifty at that location and it seems people have been scammed by them before!

Reason I posted this video is to warn others from getting scammed and the bad customer service at that Dollar Thrifty car rental at the Calgary International Airport.
