http://www.FTV.com/videos MILAN - "It's a very intellectual inspiration," Massimiliano Giornetti says of his Spring/Summer 2012 collection for Salvatore Ferragamo. He was looking at an artist and the way he wanted to depict that artist through his clothing. "I was really inspired by Picasso in the South of France during the 30s, but it's not really the idea of Picasso, it's really the idea of being bohemian sometimes and even the adventure of playing with the outerwear and mixing the tailoring," he says. Outfits were summery and casual with a color palette of beige, white, cream, and peach. Suits later popped in colors of green and deep blue, pants were loose, and cardigans were thick, but without loosing their carefree feel.
