GTA San Andreas Mayhem Challenge #67 (+Commentary)

The "Mayhem challenges" are viewer submitted challenges. Anyone can suggest a challenge as long as they follow the rules you see below. If you want to submit a suggestion just write a comment on any of my mayhem challenge videos. RULES:
1) Mention the game in your comment (it could be any GTA game)
2) Mention the starting position (where do I start the challenge)
3) Number your steps (the challenge can have any number of steps)
4) Every step needs to be on a separate row.
5) Only suggest challenges on my mayhem challenge videos.
6) Don't ask me when I would do your challenge. the answer is always I don't know or I may never do it.
7) Make sure your challenge can actually be done, the majority of the ones I get are broken and I cannot use them.

These are the 16 steps you have to take in order to complete it:
1) Start a gang war in Ballas turf
2) Take it over in 2 waves, get a 2 star wanted level
3) Steal the Hydra from Grove street
4) Steal the tank from Area 69
5) Drive to Caligula's casino
6) Spawn a Hotring Racer, type the flying cars cheat
7) Go to the tallest tower, use the riot cheat, jump off (no parachute)
8) Go to Catalina's hideout
9) Get 6 stars, drive to Cluckin' Bell in the desert
10) Spawn a Hunter, drive to San Fierro
11) Steal a tank
12) Get the AT-400
13) Fly to Angel Pine
14) Steal a mountain bike, fly up Mt. Chiliad
15) Steal a military vehicle, go to the best house in LV
16) Save the game
