The Guru Puja - Lama Chöpa (guided meditation).
It's a compendium of the teachings of traditions Theravada, Mahayana and Vajrayana that shows how to integrate the practices of lam rim, Lojong and mahamudra and that helps us to meditate on the three main Yidam the Gelugpa school: Yamantaka, Heruka and Guyasamaja. The Guru Puja is considered a moving meditation because it makes working on the rhythm of the breath. By practicing it, in fact, learn to control your breathing, as a result of increasing our vital energy and harmonize our individual breath with that of the cosmos.
