In today's episode I headed up to Kelowna, BC to visit none other than CrossFit Games podium finisher and 4x competitor, Mr. Brent Fikowski, aka The Professor!

I wanted to have Brent on the show not only because he is a phenomenal athlete, but because he is extremely knowledgeable in the sport and is very unique in his approach to training, mindset and competition. Aside from being a super cool guy, he offers a lot of very valuable insights throughout the episode.
