Toyota Landcruiser 100 series 1998-2002 key fob programming

Program the key fob to unlock and lock doors. This is done on a 1999 Toyota landcruiser 100 series. Thanks to details from ih8mud.com member Lowbudgetlc100 for the instructions.

o my locks were weak after the 3rd lock/unlock. i did it manually on the driver door.
this is how i did it.
close all doors and open the driver door.
using power door lock on driver side lock all door then manually unlock the driver door
put the remote key in and pull out
lock and unlock the driver door 5 cycle with you hand
close the door and open the door
lock and unlock the driver door 5 cycle with you hand
put the key in turn it "on" position then off and remove
the car should cycle a lock and unlock
press lock and unlock at the same time for 1 second. when releasing press lock again and hold it for 2 seconds.
close driver door and test the remote.
