MIKE TYSON - TRAINING SCHEDULE UNDER CUS D'AMATO!

Below is the full Mike Tyson training schedule under the legendary boxing coach Cus D'amato.🥊

4:00AM - Run 3 to 5 Miles.
6:00AM - Return Home from run. Shower and go back to sleep.
10:00AM - Wake up and eat breakfast.
12:00PM - 10 Rounds of sparring.
2:00PM - Eat (Steak, Pasta and Fruit Juice)
3:00PM - More ring work and 1 hour on the exercise bike.
5:00PM - Callisthenics workout (2,000 sit ups, 500 - 800 dips, 500 press ups, 500 shrugs (30KG) and 10 minutes of neck exercises.
7:00PM - Eat and study past boxing fighters.
8:00PM - Go to sleep and repeat 6 times a week. Sunday was rest day.
