So I've been watching the internet loose their shit over the ABH Subculture palette and half these videos make me cringe, from product application style to the way some of these girls are 'swirling' their brushes into the palette purposely making the shadows fly everywhere.
So heres MY honest review and opinion on the palette. Now im not saying no one out there got a 'dodgy' palette, within every production their will be a few flawed products, but this whole thing has been way dramatised.

Subculture FACTS
* The shadows are loosely pressed compared to the denser press of previous ABH eyeshadows, this is due to the fact that ABH wanted the shadows to easily pick up on the brush and give major pigment pay out without having to dig into the shadow.
* The forum for Subculture has differed from usual ABH eyeshadows, having the main ingredient as TALC instead of MICA. This may explain why some people comment the shadows to be 'chalky'
* Subculture's shelf life has decreased from other palettes, making its shelf life only 6 months.
* Subculture has 14 shades in which include 11 matte, 2 Duo-Chrome and 1 metallic
