Easy Brunch Recipe| Keto Omelette Roll

Ingredients:
2 tbsp Olive oil
1small onion finely chopped
1 small grated carrot
1/4th Cup grated zucchini ( if you don't find Zucchini you may use cabbage, green beans, green peas or any vegetables you love)
3 eggs
1/2 cup spinach
fresh coriander leaves
Salt to taste
1/4tsp black pepper powder
5 strips turkey chorizo ( you can also use chicken sausage or bacon)
Cheddar cheese

For the sides I have used Broccoli, mushroom and asparagus saute it with chopped garlic and butter for about 5 minutes.

Serve hot and Enjoy 😀
