STANDING AB ROLLER CHALLENGE 😩(HARDER THAN IT LOOKS)
So everybody knows the ab roller aka wheel of doom is a pretty tough exercise when done correctly. This is a challenge to do them from a standing position without your knees hitting the floor and getting as straight out and flat as possible and back up to a starting position. This will really test your core strength (or give you a hernia) lol so seriously be careful trying this and warm up thoroughly. I'm not going to lie it is very hard to do it correctly especially when you're over 200lbs like me lol Good luck and work hard everyone!
