Problems With Drift Ghost 4K

Having some problems with my Drift Ghost 4K. Maybe I'm being picky but I feel the camera is not exposing properly; it underexposes in shadows and grey days. Also, despite proper settings and high level encoding, the final video on YouTube exhibits too much graininess, megablocking and such, unless it is a bright sunny day. Some of that is caused by the field of view which when using stabilization is 115° compared to a much wider FOV in other cameras. You can't use this camera without stabilization though, because the FOV is then 140° which is still too narrow to cope with all the shaking going on. I can't use the exposure compensation feature to solve the underexposure issue because the increments are too large. So in attempt to solve the sharpness issue I'm setting the ISO to 100 (the lowest) instead of Auto, to test if perhaps the auto ISO was malfunctioning causing both the sharpness and exposure issues. Worth a test anyway.
