Darren has raced in 5 Ironman Triathlons that have taught him valuable lessons, as well as helping him on his Path of Recovery. He is a recovered Cocaine Addict and a Recovered Alcoholic, so he truly understands the ethos “Anything is Possible”. Sport has changed his life. Would it change yours?
Imagine a room filled with smoke; Smoking for 3 hours a day. Is that healthy? We all still do it by sitting. Let’s find out how. Please Welcome Darren with his talk “Sitting is the new smoking”. Having raced in 5 Ironman Triathlons taught me some extremely valuable lessons as a human being and also on my own Personal Path of Recovery. I'm a Recovered Coacaine Addict and Recovered Alcoholic (18 years) so I understand the ethos that ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE.
