How to make a Long Lip Crank baits. (Templates for three types of lure lips).

I have made a wooden crankbait with a long lip. The template for this lure has three lips printed on it, so you can choose the lip of your choice.

.. The best combination of lip and lure body will vary from angler to angler, but this is the setup I used to create my lure ..
Type-A (Small lip): 1.5 grams weight. Lip 1 mm.
Type-B (Medium lip): 1.5 grams weight. Lip 1 mm.
Type-C (Large lip): 2 grams weight. Lip 1.2mm.
Optional: If I want to reduce buoyancy, I use double-sided tape to attach about 1 gram of lead tape to the underside of the lip.

Cypress wood: 12 mm.
Brass pipe: 8 mm.
Aluminum sheet: 0.3 mm.
Aluminum tape.
Weight (I use Split shot sinker): 1.5 to 2 g.
Small weight (rattle): 0.3 g.
Stainless steel wire: 0.9 mm.
Lure screw eyes.
FR-4 Plate (Circuit board): 1 mm to 1.2 mm.
