HERO OF SANTA FORTUNA Challenge:
This challenge consists of 8 story missions that must be done during ONE playthrough. You can save and reload the game at any point. I advise to start of with a lockpick and coins at the default starting location. Easiest difficulty. Map knowledge is very helpful. Also completing each story mission (on separate playthroughs) is helpful too, to get familiar with the objectives. Submarine story must be completed LAST, because it's the only story which ends up killing a target!
1. Fix the toy van. You need to knock the guy out to obtain the glue, which is used to fix the toy.
2. Reunite the band members to complete the ceremony. Find and wake up three band members and disguise yourself as the fourth one, the drummer. Get on the stage, complete the ceremony and leave once other band members start to leave.
3. Get shaman's outfit, find Andrea Martinez and cleanse the construction site.
4. Get tattoo artist's outfit, enter the mansion and finish Rico Delgado's tattoo. Do not skip it. Make sure the activity ends on its own or it won't complete the story.
5. Find Hector's letter. In the basement, that one limping guard carries it, so you have to knock him out and take the letter. Hand the letter to Hector, who will be in his office upstairs.
6. Make the hippo feel better. Sneak past to hippo's place and throw a meat bone, which can be found at few locations
7. Fix the cocaine machine. There is a circuit board in the box on a fallen plane, behind shaman's shack. Pick it up and install it in the machine.
8. Fix the submarine. Get the mechanic's outfit, meet with the bar owner to obtain the basement key, go through the secret and 'fix' the submarine with a screwdriver. Speak to the guard once you're done and present the machine's upgraded features to Rico, that will get him killed and turn all guards hostile towards you, so make sure you have a gun to fight them off.

ELDERLY ASSISTANCE Challenge:
This one is a lot simpler and quicker. You have to disguise yourself as a gardener and fill all 6 mole holes with any object (like muffins), make a tea, place a muffin on the tray, play gramophone, replace pack of cigarettes, get rid of the specific guard to make Janus visit his friend next door and make the doctor come visit Janus for a check up. Once Janus visits and leaves his friend's house, he will walk happily without any back pain.
