În cei 13 ani petrecuți în comunitatea ONG a văzut și coordonat în organizațiile în care a lucrat, peste 20 de mii de voluntari români și internaționali. Mario vorbește despre importanța voluntariatului. Mario De Mezzo este unul dintre primii fundraiseri din România. A început în anul 2004 ca manager de strângere de fonduri pentru Habitat for Humanity România.
