How to Convert 2D to 3D Logo in Photoshop

Learn how to convert 2D to 3D images in Photoshop. You can change your flat image into a 3D logo or icon. This photo effect also lets you change the colors and angles of the text and logo.

I used Photoshop CC for this tutorial. If you do not see the option "New 3D Extrusion from Selected Layer", then make sure you follow the steps in the beginning for the video. "Use Graphics Processor" should be turned on under Edit-Preferences-Performance. Also make sure you updated your Photoshop CC to the latest version.
If you are still having issues, then it's possible that your video card does not meet the minimum requirements to run 3D mode.

3D render time depends on your computer specs. It may take from 5 -20 minutes or even more depending on the quality you want.
