2020 Zero S | No License No Problem in Europe
More torque than any other middleweight naked, yet you do NOT need a full motorcycle license to ride it, in Europe. It all comes down to how they rate electric motors, it's continuous out-put over 30 minutes and that is how they come up with the 11kW of power (14.75hp) when actually the peek is 44 kW (59hp) and 109Nm (80ft-lbs) of torque.
