I was very grateful to be able to drive the C8 Corvette, but even more excited to bring my experience to you! Getting to sit in, start and drive the C8, and compare it to my experience of owning an i8, may help you if you own, or are considering buying, a BMW i8 and are considering a C8 Corvette. I've owned Corvettes for over 20 years, but this C8 is nothing like it. I call it the most exotic Corvette! And, it's true. Seeing the interior, exterior, styling and performance, first hand, I admit this car is on a supercar level. Having ridden in the Lamborghini Murcielago and Aventador SVJ, the sounds and feelings you get when the C8 Corvette is using Launch Control feels similar. It also drives like the BMW i8 in normal traffic, gets great mileage and is easy to work on. No more BMW i8 scissor doors giving us trouble when looking for a parking spot. Similar attention on the road!
