In one week, the rematch of the century will be released in theaters and on HBO Max. On March 31st, “Godzilla vs. Kong” will debut nationwide and will bring the two iconic movie monsters together for a duel for the ages. Warner Bros. and Legendary’s MonsterVerse is one of the grandest, bombastic, lavish blockbuster films of all-time and is one that I never thought would see the light of day. As a life-long fan of Godzilla, Kong, and movie monsters, this cinematic universe is everything I wanted to see. With the release of “Godzilla vs. Kong”, I’ve edited this retrospective to celebrate the 3 previous MonsterVerse films leading up to the main event.
