This 2005 Ford Focus has over 180,000 miles on it but it's time for a intake manifold repair. The plastic parts wear down over time and eventually break apart, falling into your intake valves. If your Focus has over 150,000 miles on it, its a good idea to inspect the flap assemblies. The PCV valve is also a periodic maintenance part which should be replaced while the intake manifold is removed.
