How to create a textured 3-D abstract Sun mixed media acrylic painting. Create a textured canvas painting with hot glue and acrylic paint. Easy dimensional abstract painting demonstration. I used hot glue to create texture on a square canvas. The sun abstract was painted with orange and red acrylic paint. Orange, yellow and white acrylic paint was applied with a sponge to highlight the texture on the dimensional acrylic painting. A bright and sunny painting you can create for any room in your house. makeup sponge wedges
newsprint (to protect work table)
*Note-the canvas was painted black just for filming purposes. It made it easier for you to see the hot glue being applied. No need to paint the canvas beforehand.
