Khandro Rinpoche describes the connections between our inner and outer worlds and how meditation practice applies to them. The subject is rarely examined in a Buddhism 101 or Buddhism for Beginners manner but Rinpoche applies her usual clarity. Those in recovery, or considering going into recovery, may find this teaching of particular interest.
Jetsun Khandro Rinpoche is a Tibetan Buddhist teacher from the Mindrolling lineage, having received traditional Tibetan meditation training as well as a Western education. Her teachers include many of the 20th century's great masters such as her father, Mindrolling Trichen Rinpoche, Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche, the Sixteenth Karmapa and Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche.
