CNC 400x300mm with DDCSV1.1 cutting ZMR250 FPV Quad frame

This is a short demo showing cutting of ZMR250 frame from PVC alloy sheet on 300x400mm CNC with DDCSV1.1 500KHz CNC controller. It can also cut carbon fiber or glass fiber sheet.

Its using Hybrid Step Servos for actuation and 4mm pitch ball screws on all axis.
IIt uses a 1.6mm bit and 300W DC spindle for cutting.
Cutting speed is 400mm/min and Rapid movement speed is 10,000mm/min.
Total time taken for full GCode cutting - 21 minutes
