Noveske Diplomat w-task.

One of the most talked about weapons of Contract Wars. My opinion is that it's a bit overpriced as a weapon. Overall it's a good weapon for close and medium maps, especially if you've done the w-task and unlock some meta-levels. However, I think there are far better weapons out there for most maps.
