FIR - Episode 142

A man named Chintu comes running to the police station and demands to see an officer. After a series of interruptions he explains to Chandramukhi that his new car, that he dearly adored, was burnt down by a stranger. He further, discloses that her neighbor told him of the events. Chintu's neighbor is brought in for questioning who reveals the story and tells them about the man who committed the crime. Who has done the crime?
